This is the second issue in a lesser time. It should have been published in December but is falling into early March. This issue on the web will be slightly different from the one in print. I do not have a color printer and do not wish to spend the amount necessary to create printed color copies of Skug. Therefore all of the photos that appear on the web page will not be in the printed version and those which do appear in the printed version will only be black and white versions of the photos. This issue also includes LoCs and more artwork. I'd love to get more artwork and photos.

One other note, is that I put no thumb nails of art work / photos on the pages. I did use a slightly smaller version of Bruce's cover as a header for the page. (Oh, by the way, I colored it in, so don't blame Bruce if you think the colors are atrocious.) If I hear overwhelming response that I should bring the thumb nails back, I will do so. It is a little hard for me to tell how long it takes all these things to load, since I have an ISDN internet connection at home and T1 internet connection at work.

Textured backgrounds for this issue are from Doc Ozone. I was tempted to use backgrounds from Jeffrey Zeldman's Disturbing Patterns but decided against it. He does have some very interesting backgrounds and artwork there.
